Wichii Oskiiaga (Helping Our Youth) is recruiting First Nations youth (ages 17-21) for the next 12 week Mentorship Program starting September 22nd. You may be eligible to attend our next 12 week Youth Mentorship Program if you are a First Nations Youth between the ages of 17-21 who is aging out of the care of child and family services; and if you are not currently enrolled in school, or working full-time.

If selected to join our Youth Mentorship Program, you will:
– Receive guided support and mentorship while transitioning to independent living on matters including housing, education, training, finance, employment and community support;
– Learn how to connect to Indigenous culture, medicines, men and women’s teachings, ceremonies traditional family parenting and land-based way of life;
– Participate in Personal Development and Life Skills Workshops, and
– Create an Individualized goal setting plan with a Mentor.
