The AMC stands with Chief Allan Adam in call for investigation

Treaty One Territory, Manitoba – Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs (AMC) Grand Chief Arlen Dumas is issuing the following statement today, to offer support to Chief Allan Adam, of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation.
“I would like to offer my support to Chief Allan Adam in his call to the federal government to investigate the violent altercation between himself and the RCMP” said Grand Chief Dumas. “This type of physical assault over such a simple matter of expired car insurance is not a reasonable response in the slightest and is completely unacceptable.”
