The claims process for individuals and Impacted First Nations in the First Nations Drinking Water Settlement is open. Impacted First Nations have until March 7, 2024, to accept the Settlement Agreement by submitting a Band Council Acceptance Resolution.
The extended deadline for individuals to submit a claim is March 7, 2024.
