First Nations Early Learning and Child Care Conference 2026

The Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs invites you to the 2026 First Nations Early Learning and Child Care (FNELCC) Conference, taking place February 24–25, 2026, at the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

This annual gathering brings together early childhood educators, program coordinators, community leaders, and Knowledge Keepers from across Manitoba to share learning, strengthen collaboration, and support the growth and well-being of our youngest learners.

Join us as we continue building a strong foundation for First Nations children through culturally grounded approaches to early learning and child care.
